What is this thing?
The Activity Finder is an interactive tool offered by Vernon Area Public Library to help you and your family find good things to do online. Use the tags to zero in on the kind of activity you’re seeking (Craft, Interactive, Game) or narrow by the day of the week.
Why did we create this tool?
When public spaces and gathering places closed down in support of social distancing, many cultural organizations like museums, cultural centers and events, and even the National Parks moved their offerings online and opened up access to the public. These worthwhile diversions are a welcome relief as we shelter in our homes, and we wanted to share them with you. But we quickly recognized that a mile-long list or an overstuffed calendar was just too much to digest. We needed to build a way to present a huge number of possibilities without it being overwhelming. We think this does the trick.
Can I make a suggestion?
Absolutely! If you know of an activity we should consider adding, please fill out this brief form.
Thanks for using the Activity Finder; we hope you find something fantastic to do today!
